Setup is $25. Minimum term 3 months, then month to month. 1 full calendar months notice required to cancel. Plans can be upgraded/downgraded during the first 5 days of the billing (calendar) month.
Your calls will be answered based on our standard script below. Our experience has shown that this script works the best for most busines requirements.
Example.
Operator answers call: "Good Morning ABC Pty Ltd, this is Mary speaking, how can I help you?"
Caller requests to speak to John.
Operator responds: "I'm sorry but he is unavailable at the moment. Can I ask him to return your call as soon as possible?"
Caller responds.
Operator: Gets callers name and phone number and if volunteered, a brief decription of the enquiry.
An SMS with the message details will then be sent to your mobile phone and a copy of the message can be sent to your email address for your records.
